9 Dollis is a lovely 6 bedroom property for students at The University of the Creative Arts in a popular student road only a short distance from the town centre and walking distance to the university.

This property is a 3 storey town house and has 6 bedrooms - 5 double and 1 single. The property boasts an open plan communal room with kitchen, dining and lounge facilities along with a shared bathroom and a separate shared shower room. Laundry facilities, washing machine and tumble dryer are in their own cupboard to try and reduce any disturbance while running. Gas central Heated and Double Glazed throughout. The property is neutrally decorated and comes furnished; each bedroom has a bed, wardrobe and desk as standard and the lounge/kitchen area has comfy seating, tv and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything from pots and pans to plates.

The property benefits from a low maintenance garden which is maintained for you. There is off street parking for one car at the front of the property as well as plenty of parking in the street with no parking restrictions.

Water rates are included within the rent, but the rest of the bills are payable by the tenants. Fibre broadband is currently used at the property and I am told it works well by the current tenants.

Landlord is a member of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) and you will deal with the landlord directly with no agents. The Landlords have been renting this property to students of UCA for the last 16 years following their daughter attending UCA.

The contract is a 12 month contract. Details of contract will be discussed with potential tenants and will begin July.
